How to Manage Your Tickets
All tickets for San Diego FC matches at Snapdragon Stadium are digital and can be accessed via a mobile device on the San Diego FC app.
Season Ticket Members can transfer or resell tickets via Account Manager or on the San Diego FC mobile app, available in the App Store or Google Play Store. Single-match buyers are able to access their tickets through the San Diego FC mobile app.

San Diego FC is partnered with Ticketmaster to unite under one ticketing platform at Snapdragon Stadium.
ACCOUNT SETUP
First things first. The best way to access, manage, resell, and transfer tickets is through the San Diego FC App.
1. Open the San Diego FC app. If you have not created a profile, click Continue.
2. Click Create a Profile.
3. Fill out your App Profile using the name and the same email address you used to purchase your San Diego FC tickets.
4. Next, click on the Tickets icon in the bottom bar.
5. Click "Access Your Tickets."
6. Sign in to San Diego FC (sign in using the same email address you used to purchase your San Diego FC tickets).
7. If you receive an error saying, "We can't find an account with this email address. Please try a different email." - select "Back to Sign in" and then click "Sign Up" at top of screen to continue.
8. Once logged in, you'll see upcoming matches listed.
9. Select the event for which you'd like to manage tickets for.
10. Your barcode for scanning into matches will be displayed here. Please note that screenshots of the barcode will not work to get you into a match.
11. Add your tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet to avoid any delays when entering the stadium!
