How to Manage Your Tickets

All tickets for San Diego FC matches at Snapdragon Stadium are digital and can be accessed via a mobile device on the San Diego FC app.

Season Ticket Members can transfer or resell tickets via Account Manager or on the San Diego FC mobile app, available in the App Store or Google Play Store. Single-match buyers are able to access their tickets through the San Diego FC mobile app.

TICKETING PARTNER

San Diego FC is partnered with Ticketmaster to unite under one ticketing platform at Snapdragon Stadium.

ACCOUNT SETUP

First things first. The best way to access, manage, resell, and transfer tickets is through the San Diego FC App.

1. Open the San Diego FC app. If you have not created a profile, click Continue.

2. Click Create a Profile.

3. Fill out your App Profile using the name and the same email address you used to purchase your San Diego FC tickets.

4. Next, click on the Tickets icon in the bottom bar.

5. Click "Access Your Tickets."

6. Sign in to San Diego FC (sign in using the same email address you used to purchase your San Diego FC tickets).

7. If you receive an error saying, "We can't find an account with this email address. Please try a different email." - select "Back to Sign in" and then click "Sign Up" at top of screen to continue.

8. Once logged in, you'll see upcoming matches listed.

9. Select the event for which you'd like to manage tickets for.

10. Your barcode for scanning into matches will be displayed here. Please note that screenshots of the barcode will not work to get you into a match.

11. Add your tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet to avoid any delays when entering the stadium!

Transfer Tickets

See the above instructions for accessing your tickets. Once you've completed those steps, here's how you can transfer your tickets.

1. Select the event for which you'd like to transfer your ticket(s) and click "Transfer".

2. You'll be prompted to select the seat(s) you would like to transfer from that specific match to another party.

3. Next, you will need to add recipient of the ticket(s).

4. Ensure their email has been typed correctly and continue entering the recipients information.

5. Once complete, click “Transfer”.

6. You will receive a confirmation email once your transfers have been sent and another once your transferred ticket(s) have been accepted.

Receive Transferred Tickets

Has someone transferred a match ticket to you? Here's what steps you need to take to accept tickets.

Via San Diego FC App

1. Open the San Diego FC App.

2. Select the Tickets Tab on the Navigation Bar

3. Click "Access Your Tickets."

4. You will see a notification at the top of your events. Click "Accept."

Add Tickets to my E-Wallet

See the above instructions for accessing your tickets. Once you've completed those steps, here's how you can add tickets to your E-wallet.

1. Select the event that you would like to add to your mobile device's E-wallet.

2. You'll be prompted to select All Seats or Add Just This Ticket. Select all the seats that you would like to add to your E-wallet

3. Click "Add to Wallet."

Resell Tickets

See the above instructions for accessing your tickets. If you are a Season Ticket Member, you have access to sell up to 50% of your season tickets. Please note: Supporter Season Ticket Members cannot resell their tickets.

1. Select the event for which you'd like to sell your ticket(s) and click "Sell."

2. You'll be prompted to select the seat(s) you would like to sell from that specific match to another party.

3. Create Your Seller Profile if you haven't already.

4. Type in the price you want to set.

5. Choose Payout Method.

6. Enter how you’d like to receive your payout. Once confirmed the information listed is correct, click List Tickets.

7. You will receive an email with additional instructions once your listing has sold.

Season Ticket Members Only

Mobile tickets for Season Ticket Members are accessible via Account Manager or on the San Diego FC mobile app, available in the App Store or Google Play Store.

If Season Ticket Members would like to transfer, resell, or donate, their tickets, you can do so in the San Diego FC Mobile App or on Account Manager online. Please note: the only way to scan into the ballpark is with the tickets via the mobile app.

Accessible Seating

Snapdragon Stadium provides accessible and wheelchair convertible seats located throughout the stadium in a variety of price levels and viewpoints. These seats are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessible seating and wheelchair locations are available on both a season and single match basis.
